Sausage Making Kits Hi Mountain brand home sausage making kit. Six different flavors available:

  • German Sausage
  • Italian Sausage
  • Polish Sausage

  • Bratwurst
  • Bologna

    Kits include seasoning, cure, casings and complete instructions. Bratwurst kits have seasoning for 24 lbs of meat, all others have seasoning for 30 lbs of meat.

    Grinder and stuffer sold seperately. Flavors that don't appear in the pull-down menu are currently out of stock. Please check back again soon.
