Our three man team produces an internet based podcast show, educating fisherman new and old to the latest innovations that we have found, during the hard water season in the Great Lakes State. Steph Sissell, NAIFC Contender, brings a unique perspective based on his comprehensive research on and off the ice. Chad Schaub, USA Ice Team member and Steph’s NAIFC partner, currently ranked third in the country contributes the aggressive pace to fish for results as well as an uncanny knack for unique lures. Chas, a computer scientist turned commercial brewer, ties the team together with science, creativity and the keys to the internet. Meet our team as we introduce and demonstrate to new fisherman, as well as the ones tired of not catching fish, to our methods and tricks, catching more fish – consistently & faster.
Keith Stanton - Known as the “PikeKilla” and president of Malyn Entertainment, Keith will present his seminar: “Pike Under Ice.” He will demonstrate his PikeKilla™ lure and the vertical jigging techniques he has perfected. He will also share his proven methods for spearing pike and the proper use of pike decoys to attract trophy fish. Stanton, who specializes in pike fishing and pike spearing, has produced a series of DVD videos call “Pike Under Ice.”
Bill Ferris - Bill will offer his “Ice Fishing For Panfish!” seminar. Ferris has lived in the Ionia, Michigan area for most of his life. He is an avid hunter and tournament bass fisherman but his real passion is ice fishing! He has been ice fishing for bluegills, crappie and perch thru the ice for many years with great success. Ferris has traveled extensively throughout Michigan targeting these species and more. It would be difficult to name a public lake here in Michigan he has not fished. He will share techniques to catch more fish for the pan including where to look for bluegills, crappies and perch. Plus, he will talk about equipment, such as rods, reels, jigs, baits and the ins and outs on using electronics.
